Matthew and Michelle Coleman
Lead Pastors
Matthew and Michelle Coleman are spiritual entrepreneurs with a strong background in outreach ministries in California and North Carolina. They met at the Los Angeles Dream Center, developed outreach initiatives through Destiny Church in Sacramento, and moved to Asheville in 2017.
God has given them great dreams and vision for this city. They are both very passionate about helping meet the physical and spiritual needs of people who have been through addiction, trauma, brokenness, poverty, and life-controlling issues.
They both founded Asheville Dream Center in 2020, where Michelle continues to serve as Executive Director, while Matthew serves as Senior Pastor of Revol Church.

Aaron and Nicole Koslovsky
Children, Marriage, and Family Pastors
For Aaron and Nicole Koslovsky, family wholeness is their aim. They have a passion to see families cultivate authentic, thriving and healthy relationships. They believe that there is no junior Holy Spirit, and desire to see children in relationship with Jesus Christ, operating in the gifts of His Spirit, and parents learning how to steward a move of God in their homes.
Aaron and Nicole have pastored children, youth, and young adults for over 20 years, 4 of those years as lead pastors in New Jersey. Through their non-profit, Arrow Family Ministries, they travel and minister through kids conferences, marriage conferences, pre-marital and marital counseling, mobile kids ministry, and online devotionals for kids/parents.
At Revol Church, Aaron and Nicole are our Children’s, Marriage and Family Pastors, committed to discipline families into wholeness and freedom. Together with their four children, they reside just outside of Asheville, NC.

Jayme and Hailey Bryan
Worship Pastor and Event Director
Jayme and Hailey Bryan serve on staff at Revol Church, combining their unique gifts to make an impact in multiple areas of ministry.
Jayme is the Worship Pastor and is passionate about worshiping God, leading others into His presence, and equipping individuals to grow in their calling. With over 16 years of worship ministry experience, Jayme brings both expertise and heart to inspire others in their relationship with God.
Hailey oversees all events for Revol Church. Her strong leadership, drive, and compassion for people makes her an integral part of the team. She excels at leading teams that create meaningful impact and change.

Ralph and Martha Navarro
Youth Directors
Ralph and Martha are our Youth Directors at Revol Church. Ralph grew up in Los Angeles County in the 90s and graduated with an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy in 2007. Martha spent her childhood in Orange County, California, in the 90s and earned her Bachelor's in Nursing in 2010.
Growing up as one of the oldest of 64 first cousins, Ralph developed a heart for serving and helping my family, especially when it came to our Sunday gatherings after church. Martha and Ralph met while working in the pediatric unit at a hospital. They have 3 beautiful children Emma 14, Caleb 12, and Anna 10.
When the COVID-19 pandemic began, God directed them to Asheville, North Carolina, for a work assignment. What they initially thought would be a four-week stay has led them to buy a home here and fully dedicate themselves to ministry. We believe that our obedience to the Lord has placed them in the incredible position to serve as the hands and feet of the youth movement here at Revol Church.
